THE 2012 ROCK ‘N STROLL FUN RUN IS SPONSORED IN PART BY

EVENT INFORMATION:
The Rock-N-Stroll 5K Fun Run/Walk is a family event brought to you by Riverfest, Inc.  The race will take place on a flat, fast course through the historic Argenta District of North Little Rock, AR. The race will begin at 8:00 a.m.  Same day registration will open at 6:45 a.m.


WHY PARTICIPATE:
Two words – Fun and Fitness!! Where else can you dress up as your favorite rock ’n roll star, cartoon character or just anything fun and run a 5K? In addition to prizes for runners there will be prizes for the best costumes and some great rock ’n roll music at the race conclusion. Your race registration fee includes a 3-day admission pass to Riverfest, a race t-shirt*, and a ticket to the Arkansas Travelers baseball game on Wednesday, May 30th (while supplies last).

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
Complete the online registration from below or contact Riverfest at info@riverfestarkansas.com  if you prefer to receive an application in the mail.  Online registration will end at midnight, Sunday, May 20th. Mailed applications must be postmarked by May 18th. You can also register at Go! Running on Friday, May 25th from 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. or Saturday morning in North Little Rock at Faucette Park.  * A t-shirt is not guaranteed if you did not pre-register.  Pre-registration is $30 for adults and $10 for children 10 yrs. and under. Registration at packet pick-up and the day of the event is $35 for adults and $10 for children 10 yrs. and under. Riverfest reserves the right to cancel the event in extreme circumstances. Entry fees are non-refundable.

  14. Release and Indemnification/Children must be accompanied by an Adult I know that running and volunteering to work in club races are potentially hazardous activities. I should not enter and run in this race unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I assume all risks associated with running and volunteering to work in club races including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, the conditions of the road and traffic on the course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Riverfest Rock-N-Stroll 5K, Riverfest, Inc., the city of North Little Rock, ArkansasRunner.Com, and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in the race and/or club activities even though liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I grant permission to all the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
