Commercial Vending, Product/Service Promotion & Sampling
Thank you for your interest in Riverfest 2012, May 25-27. Riverfest, Arkansas’ largest festival, features over 100 acts on five outdoor stages over three days, many visual artists and food vendors, children’s activities, and fireworks. Attendance in 2011 was approximately 260,000. Riverfest has limited and restricted commercial vending opportunities. Applicants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Riverfest reserves the right to reject any application for any reason.

Category Restrictions
Riverfest, Inc. does not allow commercial vending, product / service promotion or product sampling in many categories including: credit cards, liquor, tobacco, firearms, sex, religion, or politics. Riverfest will not allow participation by companies if they are in competition with certain existing sponsor categories.

FOOD VENDORS

MERCHANT ROW AT RIVERFEST Merchants/Artists
Riverfest 2012 will host a varied group of artists and merchants at this year’s festival.  The Merchant Row vendors will be displaying and selling their wares at various locations throughout the Riverfest site.
