COMMERICAL VENDING, PRODUCT/SERVICE PROMOTION & SAMPLING
Thank you for your interest in Riverfest 2014, May 23-25. Riverfest, Arkansas’ largest festival, features over 100 acts on five outdoor stages over three days, many artists and merchants as well as food vendors, children’s activities, and fireworks. Attendance in 2013 was over 250,000 attendees. Riverfest has limited and restricted commercial vending opportunities. Applicants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Riverfest reserves the right to reject any application for any reason.

Category Restrictions
Riverfest, Inc. does not allow commercial vending, product / service promotion or product sampling in many categories including: credit cards, liquor, tobacco, firearms, sex, religion, or politics. Riverfest will not allow participation by companies if they are in competition with certain existing sponsor categories.

2014 Food Vendor applications will be accepted through December 2013. If you would like to be added to our database to receive an application by mail for Riverfest 2014, please email your contact information and information regarding your business to or call the office at 501-255-3378. The food vendor application & criteria is available for download online by clicking below on Food Application on Tuesday, October 8.
MERCHANT ROW AT RIVERFEST - ARTISTS & MERCHANTS
Riverfest 2014 will host a varied group of artists and merchants at this year’s festival. The Merchant Row vendors will be displaying and selling their wares at various locations throughout the Riverfest site.
We appreciate your interest in participating at Riverfest as a Merchant Row vendor. The Merchant Row application will be available for download online on Friday, October 11, 2013.
